This is the entry level option which includes RemCheck for remote checking. This

ensures that your server is online to the internet, as well as local internet based

backups, which can then be restored to your server once it is repaired by your IT

staff.

REGULAR

The regular package is our most popular service. Along with the DRNine11 BASIC

automatic local backup and internet-based offsite backup servers, DRNine11

REGULAR includes RemCheck to ensure that your business is “on the internet” at

all times and gives an “offsite server up in operation again” generally within two

hours.

PREMIUM

As well as everything in the DRNine11 REGULAR service, DRNine11 PREMIUM

guarantees a backup server that is always available for you. This is very popular

for clients who, in the event of disaster, really need the computer service back in

operation at priority speed - within two hours or less. Remember that many

computer disasters happen overnight, so this means that your staff are up and

running in the morning as if nothing has happened, except that they are running

off one of our remote backup servers, instead of your work server.
